  GORVIA® E325DPO31 is an epoxy adhesive based on weight ratio 3:1 that cures under room temperature and heated conditions. It features excellent transparency, high surface gloss, and natural defoaming performance.It can be used for potting of various river tables, casting of craft models, as well as insulation, moisture-proof potting, and confidential sealing of other electronic components.

Application

Products can be used for electronic potting, thermal protection sealing, high-performance sealing components, packaging, LED packaging, bulb potting, potting, driving power packaging, power packaging and decoration production.

Method of Application

1.Prepare a clean container for holding the resin mixture.

2.Accurately weigh and mix Resin A and Resin B in a 3:1 weight ratio.
3.Thoroughly stir the mixture clockwise along the inner wall of the container until fully blended. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes
before use. 
4.After pouring, use a spray gun to eliminate air bubbles within the resin. 
5.Once fully cured, the finished piece maybe sanded as needed. 
6.For a glossy finish, apply polishing oil or wood wax oil. 
7.Alternatively, use sandpaper of varying grits to achieve a matte or satin effect. Seal the barrel lid tightly after use to prevent product deterioration due to moisture absorption.
