  GORVIA® E325CRFTO11 is an environmentally friendly epoxy adhesive that cures at both room temperature and low temperatures. It features a simple mixing ratio, self-deaeration, yellowing resistance, high transparency, and a bright surface. Suitable for room-temperature or heat-assisted curing, it is specially designed for:casting small crafts,DIY handmade projects,insulation of electronic components,moisture-proof potting,confidentiality shielding, and similar applications.

Application

Products can be used for electronic potting, thermal protection sealing, high-performance sealing components, packaging, LED packaging, bulb potting, potting, driving power packaging, power packaging and decoration production.

Method of Application

1.Prepare a clean container for holding the resin mixture.

2.Accurately weigh and mix Resin A and Resin B in a 3:1 weight ratio.
3.Thoroughly stir the mixture clockwise along the inner wall of the container until fully blended. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes
before use. 
4.After pouring, use a spray gun to eliminate air bubbles within the resin. 
5.Once fully cured, the finished piece maybe sanded as needed. 
6.For a glossy finish, apply polishing oil or wood wax oil. 
7.Alternatively, use sandpaper of varying grits to achieve a matte or satin effect. Seal the barrel lid tightly after use to prevent product deterioration due to moisture absorption.
