S363ER Epoxy Structural Adhesive

S363ER956 is a 2:1 two-component toughened epoxy structural adhesive, free from formaldehyde and VOCs. It cures at room temperature, features a suitable working time, and is easy to apply. Once cured, it exhibits excellent toughness and extremely high bond strength, along with outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, moisture, water, oil, heat, humidity, and atmospheric aging. The cured adhesive also possesses good electrical and physical properties, including insulation and compressive strength. It is ideal for bonding and joining various rigid materials such as metals, glass, ceramics, wood, composites, carbon fiber products, and engineering plastics.

Specification

1. Ensure substrate surfaces are dry, clean, and oil-free.
2. Install a new static mixing nozzle onto the cartridge and load into a dedicated dispensing gun.
3. Pull the gun tigger, discard unmixed adhesive (approx. nozzle length) onto a disposal board. Repeat when changing nozzles/cartridges.
4. Complete application and assembly within working time. Secure substrates with fixtures/clamps.
5. Do not disturb assembly before initial strength is achieved. For mechanical testing,solidification ≥7 days.
6. Full solidification: 24 hours.
