GORVIA P303B-53 is a one-component, high-modulus polyurethane sealant.   Suitable for  body construction of cars, containers, caravans etc.  Ideal for sealing and bonding of ventilation ducts, gutters and spouts etc., sealing of sheet metal seams. It has excellent adhesion to sheet iron, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastic materials.

Application

1. Doors, windows, glass sealing: polyurethane adhesive is used for filling and sealing doors, windows, glass and other parts of the building to improve the sealing and thermal insulation performance. Construction joints: It plays a role in the connection of precast concrete parts and other building materials and the filling and sealing of construction joints to ensure the integrity and stability of the building.
2. Waterproofing embedded joints: used in the waterproofing embedded joints of balconies, swimming pools, bathrooms and other facilities, effectively preventing water penetration.
3. Heat insulation system: Used in sealing of heat insulating double glass, heat insulating window frames and other parts to enhance the heat insulation performance of the building.
4. Roads and bridges: Used in the sealing of inlay joints of highways, bridges and other transportation facilities to enhance the durability and stability of the structure.
5. Water conservancy engineering: used as waterproof material in water reservoirs, swimming pools, water storage tanks and other projects to prevent water leakage.

Instruction

1.  Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates
2.  Application environment temperature 5~35ºC, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5ºC, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40ºC for 1H (No more than 3H).
3. Activator and primer are not required.
