Product Description
Introducing the GORVIA S327 SMT Adhesive
Premium SMT Adhesive - Elevate Your Sealing Process This high-performance adhesive is a polyolefin compound, which, unlike traditional solder paste, transitions directly from a paste to a solid upon heating. With a solidification point of 150ºC, red glue is a critical component of SMT materials, ensuring a seamless transformation and solidification. The adhesive boasts remarkable viscosity, fluidity, temperature resilience, and superior wetting characteristics. These attributes ensure that red glue serves its primary purpose in production: to firmly secure components to the PCB surface, effectively preventing detachment.

How to Use
Usage Instructions:
1. When removing red glue from refrigeration, avoid opening it immediately to prevent
condensation. Allow it to acclimate to ambient room temperature (a minimum of 4 hours) before opening the package, ensuring optimal usage.
2. Input Amount: Maintain the glue storage tank or dispensing nozzle temperature at 25-30ºC to enhance dispensing efficiency.
Precautions:
1. To prevent contamination, do not return any unused glue to the original packaging.
2. Exposure to air can lead to moisture absorption, compromising adhesive performance. Therefore, minimize air exposure, and expedite curing once red glue is applied to printed circuit boards. Maintain controlled air humidity for optimal results.
